[XML4Lib] dictionaries

Does anybody here know of a freely available English dictionary  
encoded in a well-structured format (tab-delimited, XML, maybe SQL)?  
I know the Webster's 1913 dictionary exists, but all of the formats  
I've seen are delimited by carriage returns and spaces, definitely  
computer readable but not necessarily easily. Once acquired, I want  
to convert the dictionary into XML and index it.
