[XML4Lib] Looking for Windows application for doing XSLT Transformations

Hi,

Oxygen is a Java-based (so will work on Windows too) XML editor that
has the ability to transform XML using XSLT.  It's not free, but well
worth the money (it does a lot more than just transform using XSLT).
