[XML4Lib] Looking for Windows application for doing XSLT Transformations

Dear members of the XML4LIB listserv,

I am new to XML and XSLT and am currently looking for a Windows 
application with a GUI interface that can perform XSLT transformations. 
Could anyone point me to an application similar to TestXSLT for Mac 
(http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/#testxslt), especially if you 
know of any free or open-source solutions?
