[XML4Lib] XSLT for converting from OAI-PMH (Dublin Core) to MARC21

One that might work would be the Dublin Core to MARCXML XSLT:
http://www.loc.gov/standards/marcxml/xslt/DC2MARC21slim.xsl

The full selection of MARCXML conversion stylesheets, including one from
OAI_MARC to MARCXML, is online at
http://www.loc.gov/standards/marcxml/index.html#stylesheets
