[XML4Lib] XSLT for converting from OAI-PMH (Dublin Core) to MARC21

Hi Folks,

Apologies in advance if this something that has come up before, but I
am relatively new on this list.

Does anyone know of such a thing as an XSLT that will do this
conversion for me?

In fact, where are there good XSLT resrouces on the Web for our kind of
work, in general?
