[Publib] Asking library users to leave ... becoming mandatory flu shots

I recently had a conversation with my library's attorney (very experienced in library and municipal law) about flu shots. In his opinion a public library cannot require staff to get flu shots. He has no problem with the library urging staff to consider getting flu shots or even with the library offering to pay for the flu shots, but we cannot require anyone to get them. By the way, even if the library pays for the shots he does not believe the library would be liable if someone suffered an adverse reaction to the vaccine.

I'm not so sure I'd be that quick to make the vaccine mandatory...click on the link for more information.
