Those of you that use Envisionware, would you tell me some things about it?

1. How do you like it?

2. Have you always used Envsionware or did you switch from another product?

3. It is at all possible to just use 4 logins (multiple users use the same
login at the same time)? The reason behind this is that we do not want to
have to issue guest cards anytime someone with out a barcode comes in. Or
when a student forgets their card. We don't want to have to (don't have the
budget) to purchase a reservation module. The 4 logins that we use allow
someone to login, do what they need to do. It does give a time restraint of
sorts. Even though they could re login using the same number. This is not a
huge problem for us.

4. Is there a way to monitor what a patron is doing on screen at a given
time. Not often, but once in a while we have someone doing something
naughty.

5. Is Envisionware as wonderful (or near as wonderful) as they say?

6. How does it compare to CybraryN? Comprise (SAM)?
