[Publib] Could we talk about funny names for patrons?

Knowing full well that this is all done in the back staff rooms and
never in earshot of the public, I will admit that we have "crazy pee
lady" sadly for obvious reasons, "Mr. Spanky" because he loved to listen
to porn with spanking, and "comic shop guy" because he looks like the
character from the Simpson's, I'm told. OH, and depending on the day,
"conspiracy theory guy", several fit in that category.

We are so concerned about their privacy, where else will we get their
names if we don't give them to them?!

I've worked in several libraries and all had names for one customer or
another. However, I worked in one library that had (I will not say
which library this was, but if you ever worked there, you'll know):

Angry Deaf Lady

Short Term Memory Guy

Teddy Bear Lady

Short Shorts Guy

Pedophile Guy

Cougar Lady

That Racist Jerk

Eggroll Dude

Stinky (doesn't every library have a Stinky?)

Super Stinky

Trucker Hat Guy

and a few more that are escaping me at the moment:)

One of our patrons with a perpetual scowl and a particularly ungracious
manner is known to staff as "Serial Kramer". I've changed his name, but
it does begin with k and have two syllables.

He doesn't come in quite so often since his son found him viewing
scantily clad mail order brides on a patron computer. I've always
wondered if the kid told his mother.

I hope not, as he works at the hospital lab in our small town drawing
blood. I wouldn't want him to hold a grudge against library staff.

Or a dictionary for an unwritten African language. Actual question.

How about funny reference questions? I never did find the answer to
"when did they start putting fingerholes in bowling balls?"
