Here's a question to dwell upon:? I am let's say a citizen of the particular locality in which LSSI currently or potentially will operate the public libraries.? Why should I reject the services of LSSI?? What's not in it for me?? Can you give me citations?? Remember, it don't matter to me whether you have the job or no.? So tell.

Diedre;
Actually, in the?earlier articles that I?included in?the?subsequent post, there is discussion of several large corps. as investors in LSSI; Follett? - academic publishing giant & they sold a majority stake in the company?to Islington Capital Partners of Natick, Mass., for a "multimillion-dollar" investment. according to the two articles below from 2006 & 2004:
?

http://www.libraryjournal.com/article/CA457652.html
?
It would make sense that those conserns could & would invest in a legal challenge, IMHO.

I am pretty sure that this is all LSSI. ?They probably don't want to be blocked in anyway from being able to run libraries in Florida the way they do in other states.
