Actually, in the earlier articles that I included in the subsequent post,
there is discussion of several large corps. as investors in LSSI; Follett -
academic publishing giant & they sold a majority stake in the company to
Islington Capital Partners of Natick, Mass., for a "multimillion-dollar"
investment. according to the two articles below from 2006 & 2004:

It would make sense that those conserns could & would invest in a legal
challenge, IMHO.
