[Publib] Florida Librarians Fight Back Against LSSI

Amazing!  & very, very  strange-  - It appears that this Maryland
corporation, (LSSI) has not had presence in Florida for nearly 25 years
when according to the Florida Division of corporations, their Registered
agent was withdrawn back in 1985 - just a year after they incorporated..
 That original corporation(dissolved since 1985) also included a Mr.Anthony
A Saridakis who appears to possibly have ties in Palm Beach County, FL.
  Frank & Judy Pezzanite, sole owners of the current LSSI, LLC (limited
Libabilty Corp) have  refiled this new corporation  just weeks ago - this
August!
They have had no other corporate presence in Florida since then - according
to the Florida Dept of corporations.  I did find that Frank A. authored a
book back in 1978.entitled Introduction to Microcomputers in Federal
Libraries.
I also found some campaign records refelcting Mr. P to have donated to the
Republican Campaign at some point - other than that, IMHO, there's more
going on here than this company & I wonder if they may really be working for
others. If so, who?
