We have a patron at our Main Branch that got himself into a little bit of
trouble and was banned.  But he was homeless and we did not have a name for
him so I addressed the ban letter to "Pink Purse Man" since that is what he
carried with him at all times.  The security guard gave him the letter and
he's not been back since *knocking on wood*
