[Publib] Automated Telephone System

Greetings!

I am interested in hearing from any library that uses an automated telephone
system to answer/direct calls from the public?
If someone calls the main telephone number, do you offer menu options (Press
1 for Administration, 2 for Reference, etc, etc.)?
Have there been any complaints from patrons or staff about using the system?
Any feedback would be appreciated...
