Years ago we had a patron who wore a tiara and a headscarf whenever she came in. Our reference desk was high and marble topped and she would always genuflect toward us when she entered. We called her "Tiara" and appreciated that she showed appropriate respect for reference librarians ( at least that was our story!)

Subject: [Publib] Tracking problem patron issues

We have patron who years ago wore a T-shirt from Camp David. We still call him Camp David. Another is Flip Flop Lady after her noisy shoes.

Any other funny names?
