We'll soon be expanding into a new space and setting up stacks.

I'm looking for any guidelines on minimum/ maximum shelf heights. At
present we're short on space, so our lowest shelves are just a few
inches off the ground, and our tallest up around 7' or so -- neither
of which is ideal.

I have a copy of Sannwald's "Checklist of Library Building Design
Considerations", but it doesn't address this particular issue.
