[Publib] Closing time--Last Announcement

  Dear Friends,

                   I think a great closing announcement should go something like this:  " The library will be closing in 10 minutes.  This is the last opportunity I'll have to serve you as one of its employees.  It's been an honor and a privilege.  To my co-workers and clients I say this:   As appropriate, I've goaded you,  guarded you, and guided you.  I hope I made a difference.   Good-bye and God Bless.

                  Then I'd close by singing these lines from " A Chorus Line"  [ I have a fairly decent soprano singing voice]

                  Kiss today goodbye, and point me toward tomorrow,
                  Wish me luck, the same to you
                   No, I won't regret what I did for love,
                   What I did for love!
