[Publib] Terraces?

We do not have a terrace but we do have some grassy areas and some
benches outside the parking lot entrance.  The benches were installed as
part of the building construction and they are cemented into the
sidewalk.  We have had at least on time that I know of that someone was
sleeping on them overnight.  Sometimes we have to tell people they can't
smoke while sitting there.  We used to have a picnic table on the grassy
area.  We placed it so that it was chained to a tree thus no theft
problem.  However, last hear we put it in storage in late summer and did
not bring it back out this year.  We had problems with some young folks
being intimate on the table.  Also some young people, who had been couch
surfing at a house adjacent to our property, try to take up residence at
the picnic table.  They were sleeping on it and they also added a couple
of chairs they had obviously gotten out of someone's trash.
