[Publib] sewage backing up into our boiler room

Would CH say the same thing if this was happening in their building? Or
a school? Or restaurant?

All:

The toilets in my library are working but the sewage is backing up into
the boiler room. City Hall has said we should stay open, allow the
public
and staff to use the bathrooms here, and that DPW will clean up the
boiler
room later.

Does this sound as, um, problematic to the rest of you as it does to me?
