[Publib] sewage backing up into our boiler room

It sounds like the line that feeds into the main sewer is blocked.
Each flush will make it worse. I had a problem like that and we
shut down until someone with a snake arrived and removed the
obstruction.
I am having flashbacks to trying to fight against the rising tide
of ooze with a mop and bucket. That is just about as nasty
as it gets. I wonder if your City Hall realizes how many people
may be using the library and toilets before the problem is
fixed.
