[Publib] Apologies

Apologies for the duplicate message.  I forgot my first rule - to check the archives.  I just did and it seems I stopped receiving messages from
publib, including acknowledgements of messages posted, on Friday morning.  

There was an hour-long outage here with no Time Warner cable or Internet access on Friday morning amidst a downpour that turned a major street construction project into a sea of mud.  The outage likely caused enough mail being returned to the server as undeliverable to stop further attempts to send me anything.  I'll see what I can do to resolve it and catch up on missed messages via the publib archives.

I hope your inboxes were spattered with undeliverable messages.
