[Publib] Blu-ray vs. DVD

Unfortunately, none of these streaming services will help libraries, AFAIK,
serve their publics. These are consumer-based services, one-to-one.

It's not a service or database that I believe we could ever afford to pay
for to stream live to our patrons via logins, etc. Even if that were legal.
Even if the hardware/software/products existed to do so via libraries.

That said, I enjoy the discussions on the DVDs and Blu-ray.
