[Publib] branch usage statistics

Thanks to everyone who has contributed data so far, sorry for any cross 
posting.

I have compiled and posted a sample of public library branch statistics 
on www.plaspace.org in the branch libraries group.

I only have 79 branches in the raw data so far, eventually I would like 
a few hundred for a better sample. If you can, please send me your 
branch data sets, it does not have to be formated in any particular way, 
just as long as it has some of the major factors I am looking for such 
as # of hours open, FTE, door count and circulation and programming 
numbers.

Here is a brief summary of the average business of a branch library 
given the initial sample set:

*Staffing* 	
Annual Circ per FTE 	26,799
Annual Programs per FTE 	41
Annual Hours open per FTE 	243
Circ per staff hour 	13
Programs per staff hour 	0.02
Hours open per staff hour 	0.12

	
*Workload* 	
Circ per hour 	110
Programs per hour 	0.17
