[Publib] Obama cataloging

[Babel, Elisa (DCPL)]

At mine, Obama biographies and American presidential history-related
books are cataloged similarly to Kevin's library. Other books, as he
points out for accurate cataloging, such as a compilation of his
speeches, are in a different area.
