  We don't post the non-library sponsored meetings on our website.

This is another good point.  We use E-vanced to book our rooms, but only
publicize those that are library-sponsored (storytimes, adult programs,
board meetings, etc.).  Staff have access to the full calendar/schedule,
so we know who is in what room when.  

 

I can understand in a large building why you'd need to list who is
meeting in what room, for directional purposes.  Can you perhaps limit
that simply to inside the building postings on the day?  Would that help
ease upper management's concerns?
