[Publib] selling thumbdrive/usb devices

I mentioned this in an earlier conversation, so pardon for repeating. :) We
buy thumb drives as we can when they're on sale at Staples. We also collect
ink cartridges from patrons (as donations) and return those to Staples for
$3 a pop -- so sometimes we're able to make our Staples purchases by turning
in our Staples Rewards "checks."
We only buy them if we can get a pack that evens out to about $5 a drive. We
sell them at cost.
