[Publib] Downloadable audiobooks

For whatever it is worth, we've been using Recorded Books' downloadable
*video* service, MyLibraryDV, for a couple of years now, and have been
generally pleased with the service we've received.  

We are using Overdrive as part of a consortium, which gives us a bit
more buying power (multiple copies, etc.).
