[Publib] Downloadable audiobooks

We just signed up with Recorded Books for a year.  I like their program
because the majority are multiple use so that more than one person at a time
can access the same book.  So far all responses have been positive.  We need
to publicize them more but I think usage will pick up when we get the word
out.
