[Publib] Managing Public Access Computer Queues

Hi Everyone-

We are having a problem managing the queues for our public access computers. We have a software program (ITeam) but it does not allow patrons to schedule reservations. It does allow for guest pass use, but doesn't block the number of times the guest pass- or library card number- can be used. Consequently we have patrons who stay on for 5-6 hours at a time- even if others are waiting.  Our contract with Iteam doesn't expire for another 2 years so we are stuck. We don't have a written waiting list for privacy reasons. Does anyone have an inexpensive and easy way to monitor who gets to use the computer next?
