[Publib] The Cashless Library

Boy would I like to do this!  We are getting ready to start accepting credit
cards and we will be loading library cards with funds using a coin op
machine and/or credit cards.  This should (hopefully) cut way down on cash
management for staff.  This is all through Envisionware products.  I can't
tell you more right now because nothing is up and running yet.
