[Publib] EnvisionWare LPTOne printing speed

We are finding jobs take a long time to print, maybe 30 seconds a page.
So if a person wants to print 4 - 10 page articles they are waiting 20
minutes (and holding everybody else up).

Does or did anybody else have this problem? How did you solve it?
