[Publib] Sacred cows

I still think it's worth looking at all sacred cows periodically to see
if they need...re-branding?  (dare I mix that particular metaphor?)
Basically to look at them and say "is this the best way still?  if so,
great.  if not, what can we improve?"  No process should be assumed to
be the only way...except gravity :)

Is it a sacred cow to say that sometimes those cows are sacred for a
reason? Dare I mix my metaphors and say, don't throw the baby out with
the bathwater?

You might have done it that way since 19whatever because that's the way
it works best...
