[Publib] library robberies

Notwithstanding the unlikelihood of libraries having money, in my
former public library in another state we were robbed three times
during my years there. All three incidents involved things removed
from walls, presumably while we were open and without anyone seeing
it happen. Suddenly, an empty space.

An exhibiting artist's painting was stolen from our public gallery space.

A painting of historic value, donated to us and belonging to the
library, was removed from a wall right in front of the reference desk.

This is wildly improbable, but-- someone managed to take the copy
company's change machine off the pillar it was fastened to right out
in the middle of the busiest part of the library, and waltz away with it.
