[Publib] 100th anniversary

When we did this back in 1981 we created a 100-year time capsule and
invited townspeople to write letters to the future. (Be sure to put them on
acid-free paper). I also wrote a history of the library that was published in
the local papers. On the anniversary day we had a "birthday party" with
performers, refreshments, speakers, etc.
