[Publib] Waiver of Responsibility for Displayed Art

My library is about to begin displaying a variety of art work.  We used to only display art in locked display cases, but it will now be out on a wall that cannot be "secured."  I have been asked to find a form or contract that can be used so as to limit (or waive) the library's liability or responsibility for the art.
Does anyone have a form or ideas that they would like to share with me?
