Mary, I'll refer you to Akron (IA) Public Library
<http://www.akron.lib.ia.us/> with a lovely readers' garden, complete with
benches and tables for board games. Nice picture of it on their website.
Also Hawarden <http://www.hawarden.lib.ia.us/> (IA) Public Library. They
are creating an outdoor readers/technology garden, wireless for computer
users. I know the directors at both libraries would be happy to tell you
more! Bonnie McK

Subject: [Publib] Looking for libraries with gardens!
I am looking for libraries with gardens! Do your library, or any other
library you know, maintain a garden? I am doing a short survey of libraries
with gardens. Please distribute my email to anyone you may know of with a
garden or who may be able to share some suggestions on library gardens.
Thank you!
