Yes, yes, yes and yes.
We've had it for 2+ years.  Each library in the consortium can structure 
their own e-letter within BookLetters. You can link titles into your own 
catalog. And, yes, they provide user stats. 
  But best of all? They are book people/librarians...and a pleasure to deal 
with.
