[Publib] publishing a book (need your help)

Good morning to all. 

I am and my friend are about preparing a new book in libraries administration, but we are still search for a publisher who can advance a support to publish it. we found a publisher in UAE but the correspondences takes too much time, and we have to wait to take our role. 
 
Does any one know another publisher who advance a support to publish it? 
 

 i would like to ask you if any one know another publisher who advance a support to publish it, can tell us about it? 
 
By the way, we are Egyptians and the book will be in Arabic language, and the book will be very useful to the libraries in all Arabian countries.
 
I hope to give any help, any one see that i can give a hand of helping to him, iam asking him to not hesitate to tell me.
