[Publib] Open Source program that works with Publisher files

You can convert the files to PDFs and they should be much more accessible.
CutePDF or http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ work very
well for this purpose.  Publisher files are something of an anomaly.
CutePDF is a nice program just to have a quick, clean alternative to
physical printing.
