[Publib] Applicant tracking software

Are any of you, especially those of you in the 200-300 employee range,
using an applicant tracking software to help in the recruitment/hiring
process?  In our current economy, we are having as many as 150+
applications for each job, and our hiring managers are overwhelmed.  

 

I have a quote from a software called NeoGov, but am interested in
what's working (or not working) for you.  Since this calls for
product-specific responses, you may respond directly to me if you like.
I'll be happy to forward the responses I receive to anyone who's
interested.
