[Publib] Leasing Out Library Space?

Are there any libraries out there that are renting out long-term a portion
of space (self-contained, but no separate entrance) to other entities to
serve as their permanent office and/or conference space?  Our board is
considering doing this due to current economic conditions.  

 

If so, any advice and especially terms of the leasing agreement would be
appreciated.
