Please excuse the cross-posting.
We have discovered there is a very high level of theft of our Young Adult and Adult Graphic Novels. We doubt we're the only library experiencing this problem. Our Youth Services manager suggested that perhaps we could have some signage that could gently hint that if the stealing continues we will greatly reduce our graphic novel purchases.
Does your library have a problem with vanishing GNs?
If you do, how do you deal with it?
Have you any signage which has been at all effective in handling this problem?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
