How much time do patrons get a day? 2 sessions - up to 2 hours
> What booking software do you use?  Do you like it? PC Reservation - yes
> How do you provide access to non-card holders?  guest pass
> Do you give out one time use slips?  no
> Do you give out temporary internet cards? no, but we do have Internet only cards
> Do you have different machines for non-library card

> Do you have a lot of patrons abusing the system? some
> What, if anything, do you do about it? talk to them and then close down their session. We are working on a policy which will take away their Internet privileges after 3 times.
