[Publib] Mother's Day- are you open?

It is true that Sunday is a state legal holiday in Oregon (ORS  187.010) but
this does not mean that all public bodies must be closed on Sundays or on
any other legal holiday.  The holidays that are observed by the local
governing bodies are actually set by City Councils, County Commissioners,
District Boards and/or through collective bargaining (ORS 187.020).
