[Publib] Health Insurance

Our library offers health insurance for all full-time employees.  A few of
our full-time employees are covered under their spouses insurance, and opt
out of the library's insurance.  Do any of your libraries offer any
compensation for full-time employees that opt out of the library's insurance
plan?  If you do, what do you offer, and how is it stated in your policy?
