 Greetings--

I am very excited to be presenting a one-hour audio course on:? "Over the Rainbow:? Are You ready to

Serve the GLBT Community," on Monday, May 11th at 2pm ET.

In the United States, you can
register for this course through Neal-Schuman's Professional Education
Network and in Canada at the Ontario Library Association's Education
Institute.

Description:? Differences in
age and culture are strategies that libraries can use to develop
programs and services for the GLBT Community.? Listen to some practical
ideas that you can use at your library that go beyond developing
booklists and displays that will allow you to become creative and
innovative in serving this multi-generational multi-cultural population.
