[Publib] Picture Policies

At our library we charge $15 for anyone that wishes to take photos of plates, sketches, etc. in any book whether its from our rare book collection, general stacks or members section. That is the flat rate for the day and they can take as many photos as they like. Provided that the patron does not use?the camera's flash.? Can anyone share their library's photo-taking policies. We are looking change ours.
