[Publib] Looking for examples of 'web wolves' in sheep's clothing

Here's a fun one, meant as humor/satire:

http://www.dhmo.org/

" Welcome to the web site for the Dihydrogen Monoxide Research Division
(DMRD), currently located in Newark, Delaware. The controversy
<http://www.dhmo.org/coverup.html> surrounding dihydrogen monoxide has
never been more widely debated, and the goal of this site is to provide
an unbiased data clearinghouse and a forum for public discussion."

So what is this hazardous "Dihydrogen Monoxide" that the website is so
alarmed about? 2 hydrogens, 1 oxygen... H2O. Water. :-)

Hope this helps!

Subject: [Publib] Looking for examples of 'web wolves' in sheep's
clothing

I'm hoping someone out there can help. I teach a class in web searching
for paraprof's & new entry level librarians, and one of the (to me)
tired old examples I've used to illustrate the point that .org web sites
don't automatically mean a safe authoritative source is the infamous
martinlutherking.org site, which as everyone knows has connections to
stormfront.org.

Any fresh ideas for other examples of 'web wolves' in sheep's clothing?
