Last copy depository RE: [Publib] re: donating discard books

The State of Maine is starting a last copy center.  There is a committee of
academic and public libraries working on the process.  We have a building.
We have decided to start with monographs, although we hope to have a
distributed network of serials.  If anyone has questions, I'd be happy to
try to answer them.
