[Publib] cloth bags for checkout

We will be instituting this before the end of the year. Will try to
remember to post and let everyone know how it works out after we've been
doing it for a few months. One of the challenges at this point has been
convincing the front line staff that this will not be so difficult and
is a worthwhile thing to do.

Has anyone had experience with a great idea Jerome Public Library in
Idaho plans on doing?  To help save the environment, they will eliminate
plastics bags for patrons and instead checkout cloth bags.
