[Publib] Branch library standards

I have searched the archives but I have not found a good compilation of 
nationwide branch library standards in areas such as staffing and 
programing expectations. I know there are a lot of different branch 
library models out there, but I am looking more at a general overview of 
the current state of affairs. I have posted a wiki on the Branch 
Libraries group on www.plaspace.org, or you can email me off list. I 
will compile results into an excel sheet and share with anyone who is 
interested. Here are the factors I am looking for, suggestions for more
